How sponsorships are used
We keep costs low and prioritize direct support to youth. Typical expenses include:
- Venue rental (community hall or public facility)
- Advertising and printing (posters, flyers, social media boosts)
- Supplies for running the market (signage, volunteer refreshments, name tags)
Any funds remaining after covering event costs are reserved for the following year to ensure the market becomes an annual community event.
